The Goal of Therapy…
The goal of therapy is to open the channels of our lives to our full potential for joy, interpersonal contact, creative expression — the many manifestations of healthy self that are obstructed by the baggage we carry around.
In my practice, these obstacles take many forms. Some of them are:
• Body image,
• Social phobia,
• Grief and loss,
• Creative blocks,
• and Transition issues.
I find that most of us seek therapy when our lives are not working as we wish. This conflict is a core cause of anxiety, depression and many other symptoms that surface in our lives.
