I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s Degree from the University of Texas. I am a past President of the Jung Society of Austin and a founder of the Isis Institute of Women’s Studies. I have been a presenter and conducted workshops on many topics and can provide Supervision for LPC interns as well as Continuing Education Courses for providers. My professional fee is $130 per individual session.
A half-hour initial meeting is usually enough to learn whether we will be a good match. There is no charge.
My Approach
I have been in private practice since the mid eighties, working primarily with adults. I am trained in Analytical Psychology and utilize the works of Carl Jung in my practice.
My approach, however, is eclectic and I am willing to help you find what you need to obtain peace of mind. I am well versed in Dream Analysis and can help interpret unconscious symbols that may surface in your dreams. I can assist you in finding your authentic self. Learning to manifest that self in the outside world is what Jung calls the process of individuation. Releasing the anxiety, guilt and sadness induced in us by our family and culture is a way to discern meaning for our lives.
